I'm Jim Flint, and I'm excited to introduce you to "Leap Year" - a bi-weekly communication about taking—big and small—leaps in our lives. 

Why "Leap Year"?

Every four years, we add an extra day to our calendar to keep it aligned with the Earth's revolutions around the Sun. It's a corrective measure, a jump, a tiny deviation from the norm. Similarly, in our lives, we often need that 'extra day,' that momentary deviation, to align ourselves with our dreams, passions, and goals.
